I agree with you, Bul. It is a huge disappointment to me as a viewer too. I think an actor shouldnt leave the character, that has made them what they are in the tv industry, just midway and that too during a crucial point that has to be shown yet. Shiv and Anandi looked iconic because of SidYusha. It really heartbreaking to watch the couple that i've recently started paying so much interest to, being broken off and the character of Anandi being portrayed by an actress i used to loathe back as a kid.
I've seen the show of the replacement, and yes i havent enjoyed her performances. So if they ask me to give her a chance, im sorry - it just wouldn't work. Not for me. And it's just my point of view - i am not bashing, i dint like her from the start. Sorry.
Anandi has a uniqueness, one that was very correctly expressed by Pratyusha. She is the essence of Anandi. She makes complete sense and the AnSh were just perfect together. I too agree that i liked the fact that she was short and petite while he was tall and broad-shouldered.
Since sadly as per news she is starting from 4th march, the least they could've done was shown the proper confession and the start of their marriage, officially. Watching the new AnSh romacing will be like puking. I dont think i can watch the show anymore. I like SidYusha and the magic they created with the romantic moments - that's the kind of track i was appreciating. But now, it's just liked shattering of glass.
I have this siggie of AnSh below, and watching just that is beautiful. So when they get together on screen, it is beyond what i can explain. The magic will never be recreated. And yes, if they are indeed asking for our feedback and our reviews, then i say NO to new AnSh and YES to plead pratyusha to stay. If she wants to take a break, they know they can cook something up and let her have it and then have her return to the show. The new Anandi will not be able to do justice to the character and cannot uphold to the pedestal that Pratyusha has created.
Last thing i want to say, I started loving AnSh together recently, and with her leaving - my heart broke. 🥺
