Girls, I wanted to share with you Spanish experience when domestic violence is about.

I agree with you that lays have to be changed, that rape crime can not be bailable, that punishment have to be stronger, that its necessary to educate ppl, but also we have to be really carefull about every case. Why?

Well Spain has , from their own POV, high rate of domestic violence or they call it gender violence (ex-husband kills ex-wife, husband wife, ex-bf kills ex-gf ) so they made a law to protect women from ever since they report it. And man is the one who has to prove his innocence, not woman to prove his guilty. Looking at it really good law. Now what is the problem...Besides the real victims appeared a lot of false cases. My parents in law know one of them. The couple were their friend, when she all of a sudden report his to beat her etc. When my MIL went to take a coffee with her and asked her if that was true, if he really beat her the woman said: No, but if i divorce him I would have to look for a job, pay my rent etc. Now, the state is paying my rent, i receive money help, and my daughter has payed kindergarten. 😡😡

And I know some more false cases I dont want to bother you about. Where women reported or threatened to report a man just to punish him for something or blackmail him.

Now what was the result of those false cases, that now police does not take those reports for granted. Even when woman report it, sometimes they prefer to check it first, or they are suspicious about it. So there were also cases that woman report it, police says ok we will check it (no action taken coz they are not sure) and the next day the woman is found dead.

Women damage women...if you know what i mean.

In New Delhi case I completely agree that something has to be done, and it has to be done NOW! So it does not repeat.

But I hope you know what I want to say.

Btw these anandi bashers call anandi as a door mat ab keh rahe hain she is cunning...so how can a person be a doormat and mahan as well as cunning 😕
pehle decide ker le anandi ko kya label dena hai 😆
