Agree with you Anjy completely on this. And anyways the ehsan would be if he is taking the blame on himself despite being innocent. But he is not an innocent on this. I hope that A does not really forgive him for this stupid deed and be firmly with Shiv. Also hope that DS does not misunderstand Jagya's admitting to his crime as ehsaan and melt for him. Malika - even if he comes forward on his own...J won't be doing any "ehsaan" on AnSh... he will for once be doing mistake correction without mal-intent. He owes A for forgiving him and S for giving him a chance to get Anandi back. This wipes the slate clean for him. No ehsaan.
