Jagya has been using Anandi for his own selfish reasons whenever he wanted...He tried to get what he want by faking tears and blaming Gauri, forgetting one thing, that even though he lost his brains, Anandi still has it in right place...When she had given up her happiness for his wishes, she was his wife...But he has no claim on her now...! So, until he thought he had a chance for forgiveness to enter Singh Haveli, he tried to pacify her...But when he came to know that she wouldn't budge, he showed his fangs...! He never thought that Anandi, who always danced on his tunes, would move on in her life without him...That is the arrogant self in him, which came out as soon as he saw that she is not going to be the ticket to his stay in Haveli...He is just selfish jelous person, who is not at all happy seeing Anandi happy and enjoying the perks which he thinks he has right on...! He will never change and his attitude will soon land him in jail...Shiv will make sure of it...!

correction - even Gauri doesnt deserve him - despite her shortcomings she's not a male chauvinist pig ...
but i'm uncomfortable with this twist - not sure how villianising jagiya would turn the story ...away and away from evils of bal vivaah to the wicked jilted husband...
