I don't think she can file it now because she has lived with him for more than 2.5 years post fake marriage and court may question her as to why she didn't file a complaint as soon as she found out about her husband's first marriage.

Jagya is one person who doesn't know the meaning of self respect...Time and again he had proved it, going to Jaitsar again and again, even if each and every person had said he wasn't welcome...!

It is also very much possible that jagat slapping could be an imagination of Jagat...as he never had guts to do anything to Gauri..
He becomes normal after weighing pros n cons & happily participate in marriage ceremony...as he basically is a shameless guy...
