Am floored by Shiv today and I am beyond caring whether he is being a casanova or bechara or cute puppy whatever it is.

😆he was only expressing concern "be careful, you might slip and fall"

she was downright rude and told him to shut up "Is it so necessary for you to blabber all the time?" 😆😆😆 she didnt even want to hear what he said.

I would argue that she wins hands down in the bossiness category. She just wanted to dominate him ... he didnt want to dominate her.

khusi -- what you said reminds me of something beautiful.

Have you scene the tv series "desperate housewives" ?

In that Tom scavo is the most henpecked husband one can expect to see, always being controlled by his wife Lynette. They hire a handy man/gardener who is so surprised to see lynette always making the decisions and even overturning decisions that tom originally made ... the flowerpots should go on this side of the garden, the birdhouse should go on that tree (all opposite to whatever tom said) ... so roy quits, and tells lynette to stop controlling her husband.

Lynette is so upset to hear that she is a dominating wife and she argues with tom, and tom soothes her.

Later he goes to visit roy the ex- handyman/gardener ... and the speech he made to roy really made tears run down many of the women audiences eyes.

He told roy that lynette grew up in a household with a drunk father and an invalid mother, she made all the decisions and was always in control, and when she was in control, she felt really safe that her world could not collapse... after tom and she got married, tom realized that lynette did not feel safe if she was not controlling ... and he tells roy " I LET HER CONTROL ME, BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY WAY SHE FEELS SAFE. AND AS HER HUSBAND, IT IS MY JOB TO PROVIDE HER WITH SAFETY AND SECURITY. If I wanted to, I could avoid listening to her, but then she would feel that she had no control on anything and that her whole world would collapse"

Then suddenly the gardener and the whole audience realize that tom is not really henpecked, and lynette is not really dominating -- she is scared and he is providing her with security -- and from then on, the gardener starts respecting the power dynamics of their relationship, and listening to lynette as well.
