Feel the same. When his own family including DS who had loved him most in this world can treat him like dirt ...WHY does she have to do it ??

bapusa was dragging his feet because he wants to show jagat that he is not at all enthusiastic about giving a guarantee... he didnt want to sign immediately that's all...

he would not have dilly dallied for 24 hours or 48 hours or something... it was obvious to anandi that they had to reach the court immediately since the vakil had been asked to buy some time...

she should have waited for bapusa to sign ... or for him to say he didnt want to sign and a request to anandi to sign instead...

but no, its like the last ditch effort to show jagya "look how much i love you, and care for you, i am still standing bail for you, is there any chance that you may leave gauri even at the nth hour and cancel our divorce instead?"

I reckon she just wanted there to not be a scene. Bapusa was obviously reluctant to sign and looked like he might just refuse. I think she did it more for the family than for Jagya himself, or to show any kind of mahaanta. It seemed like she just wanted the whole scene to be over with as quickly as possible to minimise her own and the family's shame. But that was just my take on it.
