I didn't start watching BV regularly until a few months ago. So I never really connected with Anandi and Jagya as a couple. Despite that, the flashbacks scenes still touched me. To me it was really sad to see how such happy and simple times came to an end. Thinking of the past hurts either because there were sweet moments that don't exist anymore or because your mind cannot get rid of the horrible moments from before.

So if anyone else wants to, they can also share how they felt about the flashbacks.

PS: Despite the flashback scenes and Jagya's tears, I still don't want the two to reunite 😛

never ever~! it is better to keep away form the past then to be burdened by it !! yes it is sad that 17 years ka but after the 5 years fiasco the 17 years of rishta is really not imp and till she was 12 j and a were best of friends!! when she was sent away and cae back when she was 17/18 till then growing up she had fallen in love with him !! and he always had an attraction for her!! so technically more thn love it is mourning of the bf , the companin the comfort how it changed to being the most painful person!!

The bold is a very good way to put it. They were best friends who then developed a crush for each other. It wasn't love in the true sense, at least not from both parties.

Little Anandi and Jagya were very cute. Their friendship as kids was very sweet. Anandi used to be an annoying know-it-all and Jagya was a spoilt brat, but the two of them together were a lot of fun and also cared for each other a lot as friends. If only they had been just friends and not hubby-wife, they would be amazing

I agree with u. They gor married at age 8 and were friends. Anandi left when she was 13 to her Maayka and came back at 18. In that time I think she fell in love with Jagya as he was her husband and she knew that. But I don't know if she really knew the person. And when he went away for schoo, everything changed.
