actually you are right many ppl heve started watching BV just after entry of Shiv like myself i never used to watch earlier but nw am suddenly loving it all coz of Shiv charm!!😍

I am an Anandi fan . I like Shiv only because he will be good for her . If Shiv had come in the show for sum1 else I wudnt have cared.

also another point is that for me i like shiv yes, but if any other person being the lead for a i wld have liked him too!! sid is goodlooking so it makes it easier to like and hope for ansh!!

For regular viewers of Balika Vadhu it is Shiv.No matter who played that role it does not make a difference to them. Regular watchers will like Shiv as long as he is good to Anandi. For me it is Shiv the character rather than the actor who is playing the role.

When I heard the news of this actor being signed had to go to net to search.Never heard of him before BV. I have not heard of his other shows either I guess the makers of the serial decided to give eye candy for the when they selected Siddharth Shukla.

100% agreed, shiv the character is liked as it is bringing happiness for anandi!! had it been someone lese i wld have been happy too, even i hadnt seen him before and was skeptical why they ddnt get a known guy but am satisfied with his choice!!

It may seem like people are bashing Anandi because they are Shivs fans but in reality I think its a unified voice cheering Anandi to go for her happiness now. However if Anandi would have readily accepted to marry Shiv it would seem too unreal for viewers to believe that Anandi let go of her past this quickly. The narrative hopefully will now focus on how she pulls herself out of her grief and begins to realise that a man (and a man as good as Shiv) really values her. Her discovery of self esteem, self worth, her beauty will be a revelation to her which she may deny intially but Jagyas coming in may only make her see sense in moving on rather than holding on to a meaningless relation. Hope we are in for an emotional treat where we get to see Anandi rise like a phoenix holding Shivs hand. And in true Anandi style she forgives Jagya and Gauri because if it was not for them she would have never met her true soulmate. She would have remained a wife to Jagya standing in the background,giving in to his tantrums. Being husband and wife is not about carrying on a relationship owing to societal obligations but to be able to help each other grow as individuals, to be each others strength, to help realize their dreams together...and this is a bond she can share only with Shiv.
