I am really puzzled about Anandi's soon to be ex-bheend - Firstly what is his name and more importantly how to describe him and his rishtas! Let's start with name - Is it Jagat? Jogia? or Jagdish? What's his legal name even? Has he been lying about his name as well as his marriage to university and hospitals?

More importantly how to best describe him? Is he a Daktaar or an Assistant/Compounder? Is he M.S* or DR*

* = A semester short from masters in medicine

Now we can't describe him a Bikhari because bhikaris are actually grateful for donation, but J's donations must be anonymous and he doesn't like having to ask... so, how about Leech or Parasite?

- And how many "repeat" scenes do they have to air before we can call him "bewda"?

- May we call him bewafa given that he's been true to his "saacha pyar" just not legal biwi?

- Now since his relationship with Senior Doctor Gauri is not legal as yet - what is their rishta? Is he her "live-in" partner? her boytoy? her mister? her former assistant? special friend? Woh Gauri ke Kaun hai?
- Lastly, what is he to the Singh's? Son? Ex son-in-law to be? Stranger? Goonda?

Please help me understand who he is?😆

My understanding

I would call him J the man who has lost himself
Of his names and identities, there seems to be no death
He knows not who he is or who his well wishers are
Multiple identities have destroyed his sense of self worth.

His degree is apparently an MBBS
which makes him some kind of a doctor
But from the way he is treated
you could be forgiven for thinking he is a compounder.

J has been a parasite all his life and continues to be so
He was dependent on his father and then on his legal wife
Then he decided not to honor the vows of marriage with Anandi
and this marked in his young life the beginning of real strife.

His relationship with Gouri has not been smooth sailing
Both of them seem to enjoy all the taunting and baiting
That he loves his mistress/illegal wife is not enough to pass the muster
In my eyes, his unfaithfulness to the woman he married makes him a cheater

His relationship with Gouri is only as complicated as his identity
Their relationship is marked by an utter and complete lack of sincerity
When trust and faith do not exist between a couple
The name of the relationship is of little consequence

What is he to his family is a question yet to be answered
Until now he is the man who married their daughter and broke her heart
The question remains will the future change their perception?
I think the CVs are the only ones with an answer to this question.

Sorry, I am taking this note in its seriousness as it comes to me.

Jagdish Singh is his name.

Lets keep emotions apart. As long as practicality reigns, until the Singhs discredit him as son legally, he will remain their son.

He is a weak and unprincipled man.
As such, ethics, morals are going to be lost on him.
He needs family support, and he will always need it. Nothing wrong in supporting a weak person by his family. Else every weak person must lead his life on the streets.

Question is does his family really want to support their son ?
Question is, does his unlawfully wedded wife and lawfully wedded wife really want to spend the rest of their lives with him ?

He is not career-oriented enough.
If I remember the kid Jagadish, who got married to kid Anandi, I would never accept the present Jagadish ever to have brains to study Medicine.
Then whose fault it is for us to put in a dilemma on whether we are right in judging him for his capabilities. The creatives !
Never mind, inspite of all characteristic weaknesses Jagadish has brains to become a doctor.
Then what makes him to forget to pursue his career. This is downright injustice to Jagadish's character by the creatives.
Can bad people not have successful careers ? Yes, they can.

Can people believing in bigamy or polygamy, do they necessarily become a bewada ? No. Infact polygamists are more experts in controlling the women. And they are sharper in general administrative matters.
But yes, Jagadish is a spoilt brat who thought he coud get away with second marriage. So has he paid price for his follies. Yes, his family did not support him.

How long can any wife support such a man as him ?
How long can a family support such a loser ?

Its difficult to answer and even if we have the answer, difficult to execute what we as family want.
