yea dat would be cool.. maybe... but how is that being related to Gauri? He's just the principal's son. It's not like bade papa adopted Gauri legally. She just calls him that through affection but I dont see the point in Shiv being badepapa's son... so what? Gauri was Gudiya for a reason, that cause changed in the story in many ways but what difference would it make if Shiv was badepapa's son? Maybe they won't do that for that reason...

Hey I don't think shiv is anyway related to gaury. Shiv family is rich as bheem sing mention. Badepapa is not rich. So I don't think he related to him. I am thinking about what other twist cvs planning along with shiv. May be its form his family or may be no twist.
