The question of obligation to bhairon

Personally, i feel that the question of obligation to bhairon comes in only if he had come back to her and revealed i funded you -- AND THEN ASKED FOR SOME QUID PRO QUO IN RETURN -- or demanded his pound of fles/return favour -- or if he rubbed it in her face at some point.
Then I think, Gauri would be justified in being upset and not having been told that this was bhairon's money right at the start.
And she could be justifiably angry saying that there was no explicit terms at the beginning of this deal, so now why is he coming back and -- if she had known what the terms were, then she would never have used bhairon's money.
Here he has not come back, he has not asked for anything in return, he has not rubbed her face in it, he has not done anything to gauri to make her feel that she needed to be consulted at the beginning of her medical education.
so I dont understand where this comes in as bhairon singh ki bheekh.

Just put an observation somewhere else, repeating here...

Amazing part, on two distinct occasions Gauri had no qualms in seeking or accepting help from same 'tainted' Bhairav. In her persistent, one to one confrontation with Bhairav, after village excursion fiasco, she first respectfully acknowledged Bhairav's fair mindedness, original blame on Ds, and then went on to urge, why he would not support her like Anandi (specially mentioning his encouragement on education- so much for her current volte-face on him)!! On second occasion, after her last assault on Anandi, she never really stopped that money sipping into her household.

When jagat and gauri left the haveli after their first round of aashirwaad mission -- bhairon very clearly told them "yeh rishtaa tumhe bheek mein mila hai -- yaad rakhna main kya bol raha hoon -- tumhe yeh rishta anandi se bheek mein mila hai -- aur tum zindagi bhar uske ehsaan taley dabey rahoge'
so -- was anandi like a sister who loved her that there is nothing wrong in accepting jagat like a bheek?
If gauri is particular about accepting or not accepting bheek then she should be consistent and not accept bheek of any kind whatsoever.
and as far as the bade papa was like father -- i have never heard of a daughter who never once speaks to her father, doesnt inform her father about her marriage, let alone consult him, and then has the audacity to call him saying "daddy my bank account is money, please send it" ... she didnt even have a relationship with this so called father.
Furthermore, her fight should not be with bhairon at all. If at all she has to fight, it should be with bade papa who made the decision to accept bhairon's money on her behalf.
why go to jayetsar.
in gauri' s place, i would never talk to bhairon for the rest of my life -- and if he came to ask something in return -- i would just say -- i have no idea and i never had any dealings with you. whatever you want please go and discuss it with my bade papa.
again she is making the same mistake -- taking up the matter with anandi for monthly deposit instead of jagat himself.

there is no obligations, a nabaligh was getting maried without the consent of his parent, forced by his dadi, the dad came and announced that it cant happen.the panchyat said it is void, hence no marriage no obligations.
for the beizzati, then as in the phololi case ppl were saying y ddnt pholi dad investigate, why ddnt g's parents ? ans: because they thot this is a good way to mint money and since really poor good way out. they took the easy way , forced their daughter to opt out of school knowing that she was passionate for studies, they ddnt feel odd that the family ( parents of the boy isnt here and y only the dadi,) also the fact that poor boy was crying initally and not agreeing to marirage??
what happended was hard but it was more so as it was due to both g parents and dadisa, not just dadia, not bhairon at all, the fact that he actually made it void by going to panchyat made it better as then she would have forced ot live her childhood as illegal one, abhi she got off tarnished but atleast with her future secured. on top of it her panrents ignored the panchyat left the girl out in the rain washed off the hands of her completey. as a parent that was an abs crime ( much bigger than what dadisa ever did)
bhiaron in order to make the crime of his mom a litlle better out of his goodness gave her the way out of the mess caused by his mom and her parents. he was trying not to wash of his guilt, rather felt sad that coz of elders a kid life is destroyed. so he did what he could to give her a fitting chance to do well to get out of the crap.
had he not done that no court would hold him rsponsible, no pnachyat would hold him repsonsible, the panchayt had already declared the mariage as void so technically no shadi, no responsobilities. he could say i ddnt my wife ddnt what my mom did is not my headache, the panchyat absolved me and the marriage so just stay out!! he ddnt. as he is good at heart, clean at heart. he is fairer and purer than dadisa and basant.
