How can a person be this self obsessed😲 -walking into the haveli with teddies grinning at anandi with that offensive batthisi smile😡..that was totally insensitive ,height of callousness..😵
Gauri who was in total yelling mode at anandi for sending money now calmly accepts jagya's reasoning that he took money to provide her comfortable lifestyle😲.. jagya'says "paise ki chinta mathh karo" and she doesnt even question"kyun, anandi se maangoge",🤔even when she probably knows he wil beg more money from anandi..
jagya now dangling the 'parpotha is sone ki seedhi to heaven' bait in front of dadisa just to get her on his side... Anything to get what HE wants..😳

She can never be sure of exactly what all he does behind her back. Am glad she can see that.

@ hooked: are you sure Gauri can see that? Are you sure Gauri has finally seen through Jagya and his sliminess? I don't think so. Will she do anything henceforth, since she has already realized that Jagya is a slimeball and a liar? NO.

The point is not that Gauri has seen through Jagya's disgusting attitude but that she has started to comply and accept Jagya's wrongdoings more easily. The way she mildly questioned Jagya about the money "tumne fir se mujhse jhoot bola" was just like how a drunkard's wife would ask her husband: "Tumne fir se sharab piya?" and then lets him have his way without protest. Such a question, followed by doing nothing about it, indicates that the wife, though not appreciative about her husband's action, has accepted it as normal anyway and doesn't have a problem in complying with it, nor will she make an attempt to change it. She will reject her own sense of right and wrong and comply with the husband's way of life. Gauri not rebuking Jagya and not stopping him from taking money shows Gauri has become a submissive wife who will comply to her husband, even if he is wrong or commits a crime. It just shows a further moral degradation of Gauri
. She even complies to have the baby, in spite of her own discontentment, precisely because she is now so used to dance to the tunes of Jagya.

The thing about Jagya is - he never disappoints or amazes. He has always shown glimpses of his lying, cheating, grand standing, using people, twisting situations to suit his motives - ever since he was a kid. He has only grown bigger and learnt to do all this treachery with a little more ease.

Gauri is I think beginning to realize that extra smartness can sometimes work both ways - she just wants to finish her MS and become a successful doc - she wants nothing to do with Anandi or Jaitser anymore. In all this - I think I support her. Gauri is showing that she is willing to work hard and plans to be self sufficient - all of this is wonderful.

Now - whether she will be able to resist Jagya's manipulation and cajoling into having a baby mostly TO BE USED AS ENTRY PASS -will show whether she truly deserves a second chance at reclaiming her character, which has so far been ruthlessly assassinated by the CV's for TRPs. I hope for the baby's sake - she will hv some accident and lose it so that abortion can be avoided and Jagya doesn't get to use the baby as a pawn. Jagya is the abso pits 👎🏼

@Woman11 - I am hoping that once Gauri realizes she has a habitual liar, user and cheat for a husband - she can be a little more prepared for further disappointments of this nature in the future. The drunkard's wife for example - just bcoz she knows he gets drunk - she may not want to leave him. Maybe she thinks she can help him beat this addiction and/or maybe she thinks when he is not drunk he has many other redeeming qualities.

I am not defending J or G please - I have berated them enough in the past to now want to adopt them as my misguided charity cases. All I FELT today was that Gauri is sick and tired of the Jaitser connection and just wants to go away. She had accepted J's word that his dad was funding them and seemed devastated at the actual facts. Also - I like that she is working very hard in the hospi and seems to want to complete her MS and be independent. THAT IS GOOD !
Maybe she thinks - all this will be over once we can just finish our MS and be financially independent adults in our rights.
But then maybe I'm projecting my hopes onto her 😆

Jagya wants to stay for few days,if he finds out about bhairav selling hospital equipment could he rethink his decision to stay in mumbai ?🤔--running jetsar hospital just to keep parpotha near dadisa,as he thinks once parpotha arrives everybody will forgive and welcome them back..🤔

Gauri seems to have the same opinions as us - we were pissed @ Anandi giving Jagya this news, and so was Gauri today. I agreed w/ her this time.

I'm hoping that Gauri tells Anandi that if she gives even a paisa to Jagya, she'll abort that baby, since she can't stand the idea of being dependent on Anandi. That alone will force Anandi to cut Jagya off, since she won't want the parpota dead. Please Gauri, let your psychotic instincts work out right at least this once!

@ hooked:
i used the drunkard's wife example just to make the point that if the wife is aware of a major addiction/ flaw/ wrong doing of a husband and just asks him, "you did it again" and then lets him have his way without any protest or any initiative to change the situation, then she is in a way complying to her husband's fault.
Whether she should leave him or not is a different issue.

My main objection with gauri today is that, she should have stopped the funding business right away. She should have said that she does not want to be fed with Anandi's money nor does she want Jagya to beg from Anandi. Instead, she apparently expressed disgust (which i did not see by the way) and did nothing about it. This is a way complying to your husband's fault and dancing to his tunes.
If she does not object to Anandi's donation now, then she should not have created so much hungama and acted as if it was a huge issue in the first place.

Antara - Agreed !

Anybody NORMAL would have said - you hid this till now, but you better not lie to me EVER again especially where A is concerned and another thing - ask her to stop sending money to us right away - we'll take a loan and pay it off after our MS. I can't survive knowing her charity pays our bills.

But then - I hope you realize that Gauri is no ideal of perfection herself. She married a married man - knowing his family was super upset and his current wife was still living there. G has some similarities with J - that is why she found him so irresistible right ? She is used to looking after her own personal gains first and that's why these two have such a great understanding ❤️😳 .

What I liked today is her recent zeal to work hard towards her MS and her ambition to be successful. After a long time - I just thought I found a little ray of hope in fractionally redeeming her butchered character that's all 😊.

well, i don't think she was ever butchered in terms of her career goals and desire to be independent. It's Anandi who needs a little redemption in that department😆. Gauri needs redemption in terms of humaneness and righteousness, and i don't see that happening yet 😛.

Now that is a tough one...getting Anandi to even think about her self let alone stand on her own feet is like wanting to move mountains with telekinesis 😆...If only Gauri could trade some of her selfishness with Anandi against her monthly checks !!!

I have tired of Anandi - am drained of all emotion, ranging from sympathy-to-frustration where she is concerned. Its now upto Bhairon to push her into doing anything useful with her time after she is done making adrak wali chai and puppets every day.
