I think at this point the legality or illegality of the marriage and the legitimacy of the child is a secondary issue.
The primary issue is the CHEATING AND LYING OF JAGAT. Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies. And when he closes his mouth to stop lying it is only because he is hiding the truth without speaking.
Yes, true marriage is something carried out faithfully, and not determined by a piece of paper -- but if faithful is criterion for true marriage then he is not really being faithful to her because he LIES.
