Well social work is a good thing. There is nothing wrong in it. And IAS or lawyers don't wield as much power as we think. There are many women especially in rural areas who are not even literate, they learnt to read and write on their own, never went to school, but are outstanding social activists and have been honoured internationally for their work.

But I insist on Anandi's education only so that she is independent and does not have to rely on Singh family's name always.

Anna Hazare does everything himself. Do we even know if he has a family behind him or not? No!

One need not be rich or get a degree or gold medal in studies! I applaud social work. But only teaching or starting classes that too, with people listening to you only because you're related to the big boss of the village is not that right. Is it?

She's not doing proactive work. She's still shown visiting people's houses, one house at a time. And even her visiting people is not shown properly. They still show her about the house or focus on the adultery stuff!

She should address a gathering of all villagers. Take the help of the village headman or Sarpanch. But no! She's just visiting houses and everyone is lending her an ear or giving her a chance just because she's Kalyani Devi's beendni!

I also call for education for her because she is a woman. It will be a positive message if they show an educated woman. Even if she gets a degree in social work it will be good. But she's not even doing correspondence course!

And Anna Hazare did have outside experience of his own, be it of selling flowers at a railway station or serving in the army. He spent time reading books by other leaders such as Swami Vivekananda. Unlike Anandi, who is shown only performing all rasams at home or helping with housework, has no real experiences of her own in the outside world and is only shown getting gifted books, but is never shown reading them or writing out her plans on a piece of paper!

She is still not the focus of the show. It's still about the Singh family and their good-for-nothing, philandering son!🤢

@ mmishra1

Upper age limit for IAS is 30 years. And Anandi is around 24-25 years of age and only 12th pass.

Anandi must be given a reality check at some time -- that this framework she is currently living in is not a permanent one.
There is no guarantee of dokri's support -- jis din hawa badal jaaye -- which means a couple of people have to come and fill her ears - then she loses dokris support. If something happens to Bapusa or sumitra -- a car accident or a sudden illness -- then she is once again out in the cold.
Instead of utilizing this framework and leveraging it by first consolidating her own strength... through utilizing their financial support for her college... she is doing this whole abhiyan thing ... which will not be self-sustaining or self-progressing. Her constant presence will be required.
As far as Anna Hazare goes... he is self-sufficient and independent. He has his pension from the army.
Anandi too must have an independent source of income.

Agree with every word Tinoo! I have no interest or sympathy in her. Simply because she's happily relying on Singh family's support. She is not focussing on herself. DS can change anytime. She could very much give in to pressure from orthodox villagers.

Will Anandi always keep holding Bapu sa's hands and have him lead her out of difficult situations?

Anna Hazare did everything on his own. He never relied on backing from wealthy or influential family members. He has his pension from the army. He studied only upto class 8 but he did have a profession or working life of his own.

Anandi can do her social work side by side, but she MUST study, either through correspondence or manage studies with classes in evening for adults, as adults are busy in day time.

And please show solid study. Don't make a mockery of the degree in social work by showing nursery school kids' books. Even in primary school, kids have bigger books than what Shyam gave her yesterday!

I want her to study only to be self reliant and have a secure future so that she can survive even if she loses support or backing from big/wealthy people!

U R NT GETTING D POINT
THE MAIN REASON y she wants to become a teacher is so tht she can educate the vilagers and wipe their old superstitious customs like CHILD MARRIAGE ..due ti child marriage only anani's life is in a mess and as she does nt want other girls to face the same brunt of child marriage she wants to become a teacher
and so she is educating them
(she
can become a doc as she is a topper )

She can become teacher but she should be an educated teacher. A 12th pass is not good enough. She must keep up her own education and at least become a graduate, through correspondence perhaps. She can also manage her studies in regular college, while taking classes in her school for adults in evening or early morning side by side.

Who says she should not become a teacher?! She should be able to stand on her feet even if someday she loses the backing of Singh family!

BTW, people are suggesting IAS or law only because they can contribute more than a teacher. IAS or lawyers are not 100% powerful. But they do wield more power than a teacher. Also she should become a solid social activist after completing her degree in social work and expand her activities than just being a teacher. She can become an instrument of change only if she understands issues and dynamics of social change perfectly well.

Otherwise her teaching or politics will all be made possible and get functioning only due to Singh family's name and reputation.

After a long long time i'v enjoyed a CLEAN thread without any infections of sacha pyar virus😆

Thanks members 4 maintaining it!!

Yeah v need 2 think constructively as to how best the character can b elevated so that it's success automatically triggers the change necessitated in the society ,in warding off the evils!!

She must be a successful woman with her own effort to start any thing !! It is her this personal impact/charisma with which she could get a success ,not with any tags along with(haveli beendni,Jagya's wife)

villagers don't accept the change (even though they may be convinced of the ill effects of child marriage)as long as she's not a self sustaining woman! She can start a vocational education institute with the help of Gov.agencies!

Regarding initial finances Bhairon must support her as he is also responsible for her plight!!

I STRONGLY HOPE n WISH THE DISTRICT [[ I THINK IT'S JODHPUR DISTRICT]] COLLECTOR (IAS), WHO IS A HANDSOME BACHELOR WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS, GETS ENCHANTED BY ANANDI'S SOCIAL WORK n EXTENDS HIS COOPERATION WITH FULL HEART !
REST U CAN IMAGINE MY DEARS😉!

******************** THE END *******************************

MORAL :
ALMIGHTY IS THERE FOR PEOPLE LIKE ANANDI! WHO TAKE PAIN FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS!

I FEEL ANANDI SHOULD START SUPPORTING SELF HELP GROUPS WITH MICROFINANCE THAN THIS ADULT EDUCATION ABHIYAAN, as economic empowerment to women changes the society!!The decision making power gradually shifts to woman!!
