The five years, yes, but that case becomes weak once she admits to marrying him after knowing everything. Of course she can lie about knowing of his first marriage. But then thats not getting justice. Lying in court is a criminal offense in itself. If we are talking about what she can do legally (and therefore honestly), most likely she cannot punish Jagat, she can only get her marriage anulled.

Now Anandi could punish Jagya with a jail term. But we all know she won't.

Even if Gauri could even she wont get Jagya punished. Most prolly she would stick to him as she loves him. But atleast she is better for Jagya in the sense that unlike Anandi she will keep questioning him. Few uncomfortable moments for Jagya atleast!

Good question n legal experts opinions matter here, but as a lay person, i feel may b she can walk away from tht relation, noone can force her to keep tht relation active, but shez commited an offence n is likely to b punishable under the perview of law...this is my understanding of the situation...
