BV- Jagya/Jagat

I would just like to put in my views here...First think how much ever we may try to justify Jagya stance regarding Bal vivah...It is pretty clear that his infedility wasnot because of that.

We all have very well seen the grown Jagat romancing Anandhi and leading a very happy life till the Mumbai life took the senses away from him. I do not think it was GAuri who took him away from Anandhi but his own airs about the city life and his complex of being a village and refusing to accept his marital status shows how weak he is as person. We have good comprison with Lal Singh, even he had come from Village that too probably from poorer curcumstance than Jagat, but he never seemed to have a problem in accepting his facts and in spite of all the fun the so called city guys and girls made he seemd to have sensible completed his studies and also gone to Jaiput to give his home town somehting from what he has learnt so the problem is basically with Jagya. He is entranced by the modern life and soon shifts away from his home and thus naturally from his wife.

Some one in the past post rightly recognises him as a flirt because as lover he seems to know how to please his lady love. Had it been Anandhi for whom he brought the payal, rushed from temple to see her, brought her modern dresses or may it be Gauri whom also he wooed in his own way thus knowing how to please a girl.

So neither Anandhi nor Gauri could be blamed for falling for him that too falling hard.

Anandhi loves him even after she knows he has been lying about his marital status and after he brought a brough a second wife claiming to love only her and not Anandhi. This just depicts the hopeless emotion she has for him and how much emotionally and physically she ahs become dependant on him.

As for Gauri the college life, a close frinedship everything just proved to be perfect setting for love to blossom and she fell in love with him not even knowing that he was married. She actually moves in with to live together as her makes her so blind that she can't even see through him even when his wife makes an appearance.

Now there is point when both girls know he has cheated them and two timed them but still they can't ignore the fact that he loved them at some time of life.

Jagya in general is the apple of everybody's eye who had been spoilt rotten by everybody through out his chidhood and I would say till date. He knows that he can get away with anytihing thanks to the love of his dadisa.

Born in rich family with a silver spoon Jagya is shifty character who thinks only about his own needs nd has too much of self love.

When he went to Mumbai it was spending sometime with Anadhi so I think his attraction towards Gauri was just replace the physical and psychological needs of a woman.

But she also provided him the intellectual company that when a point came in his life when he had to selct between Gauri and Anandhi he decided to go with Gauri and didn't mind hurting Anandhi.

But now that he is married to Gauri and is living uder the same roof as Anadhi. i.e having both wives together he is just trying to play it cool by not taking sides nor is he supporting Gauri in her endeavors of accepatance neither is he really trying to understand Anandhi's plinght and do something about it.

Guys like him exist all over the world and sadly the very women who should throw back his attitude back on face end up being emotinally dependatn and look up to this guy for every thing.

Jagya should sensibly take stand now either he ahould decide to live with Gauri think of all the implications, legality of marriage, financial crunch etc and move on to Mumbai else if he decides to stay in his house he must make sure that Anandhi moves away form the house to avoid the awkwardsness and unpleasantness.

The family of Jagya is hostile only when they see Anandhi suffering because of Jagya and Gauri and I am sure if Jagat requests Anadhi to leave she will do his bidding immediatley though it may seem very ruthless of him that will be the only sensible thing which he can do at present as Gauri is not going to leave at all.

By this step he can ensure a secure life for Anandhi whom he anyway doesn't want and can also be assured that the Gauri whom he wants and who wants acceptance gains it without any more bitterness!!!!

But Jagya seems to be self abosorbed person who doesn't bother about anybody not even the needs of the girl whom he so badly wanted!!!!

So it to see what heppens to this self loving, gray character!!!!
