Voted for #2 as there was no option which says live with Gauri but Gauri makes his life miserable, would be fine with that too. JUst want him to be punished for his actions, want him to spend a lifetime paying for his cruelty to an innocent girl and treating her as if she has no rights in life.

What we want 2 happen 2 Jagat is not a matter of joke . His actions r not 2 b taken lightly , let alone b forgiven . What he did with Anandi crosses all limits of any thing good . Breach of trust , lying between the teeth , hypocrisy 2 it's extreme point , n insulting a girl far better than him both as an intelligent n meritorious student but also ( n more importantly ) a fantastic human being , totally self-less . So , in my opinion Jagat should get nothing neither Anandi nor any happiness. But , considering every thing , option 2 probably comes closest 2 it.
