character assasination of jagya

Every one of us keep worrying about Gauri's character...even I was doing the same.

Gauri is relatively a new character... i was watching all the old episodes after the leap...

Besides Jagya- anandi romance, their was a different portrayal of jagya. He hated DS atyachaar...He had the best of Bhairon and Basanth. He thought like Bhairon and had guts enough to put it forth like Basanth...he respected elders but took no nonsense.

He wanted to educate Anandi
He supported Phooli and did not like DS treating her as vidvaah
He supported his parents and understood their feelings
He wanted to help the villagers

It was an awesome character. Even better than Anandi's at time...

And now u see him...Poora character ka satyanaash..

When Jagya character can be destroyed to this extent then why not Gauri's...

I miss Jagya ( I don't mean the jaan romance or relation)...They could have made him love Gauri but need not have made him such a selfish brat...Acha kaasa character ka kabada...😭😭😭

A person need not become selfish brat to fall in love with another woman...

I will never justify what Jagya did...It is entirely wrong...His behaviour with anandi can never ever be pardoned...I thought they should have portrayed the character in a way that we feel torn between Anandi and Jagya...instead of making him totally black they should have made him grey. In Mr &Mrs iyer movie konkana In spite of being married with a kid does form a special bond with The stranger she met...It was purely platonic...she did not leave her husband but will always have a special place for this stranger in her heart...The story is portrayed so beautifully in the movie, that you don't feel it as infidelity and respect both the characters

I will never accept J behaviour...By the current track I too wish that he suffer the maximum for his crimes..I just feel that they should have made him grey rather than black..In reality we do not have black and white characters...most of us r grey...I don't know how the CVs could have achieved it, but they should have tried it a little.

Agreed dear. decent was not the right word..thanks for the feedback..I updated my post to explain what I meant...I never liked jagat, but I did like jagya a lot.

I don't think Jagya's character is assasinated. He was always a liar and a selfish person. He was against DS's torture, only when he was wanting to be close to Anandi. Even when he was a kid, he used to get jealous of anandi, when she would score more Marks than him.

Jagdish only thought of his own feelings - we know love is something we can not control at least he should have been honest with gauri. Now the suiation is that nobody is happy he has ruined ananadi life as well as gauri.
