Sorry I don't agree with you. I agree Child marriages are bad, but why should only Anandi suffer the ill effects of Child marriage, and not Jagya? Jagya deserted Anandi for another woman and ruined her life. The other woman (Gauri), even after finding out the truth, forgives him and moves in with him into his ancestral home (Singh Mansion, (as per latest promo)), and is accepted by his family. So the makers are showing that Jagya (the man) can actually ruin an innocent girl's (Anandi's) life and openly start living with another girl and get away with it. That should not be the message of the show.
There was a tellychakkar article sometime ago that said that Gauri will turn negative and try to take revenge from Jagya and his family. That is an even more absurd twist, because that would mean that Jagya has to return to Anandi out of compulsion (because Gauri turned out to be not a good person who harmed his family), and not love. Also why should Gauri go and live with a family who ruined her life once?
The correct thing would have been to show that Anandi and Gauri both leave Jagya and go on to become strong, independent women, successful in their respective careers. This way Jagya would have learned a lesson. Here, both Gauri and Anandi have suffered the ill-effects of child marriage. But what about Jagya? He has not learned any lessons. If Gauri turns negative, he will still return to Anandi and live happily ever after, and if not, then he will marry Gauri, get accepted by the family, and live happily with her. Anandi is the biggest loser in both situations.
