Bhago runs after him and tries to stop. Anandi says she will not come with him leaving behind her parents suffering and she will not be happy there when her parents are suffering here. Bhairon and her parents are touched by her words. Bhairon tells Bhago and Khajan what Mahavir done to massa and they are shocked. Khajan lets Anandi go with Bhairon and decides to be there at Mahavir until he asks them to go.
Mahavir throws away their belongings and asks them to leave. He wanted to keep Kalyani's DIL as his servant and when Anandi is not there he doesn't need them. Khajan says its good that the truth came out in time and tells Bhago that they will go back to their village.
Massa, Sumitra and Gehna are tensed and Sumitra rings Bhairon and massa talks to him. He says everything is alright and they are on their way back home. Massa is relieved and ask Sumitra to light diyas atleast on choti Diwali as the big Diwali was ruined by Bhairon and Sumitra going in search of Anandi.
