Marriage at Young Age..Right or Wrong

Hello Freinds.

By the way child marriage are still existing in some parts of rajasthan, MP,Bengal, and HP.

It is illegal in India. but even then child marriage has happened.

There are parents when their child just becomes 18, they get them married, they don't even tell the girl what is marriage really about?

its reallly illegal but practised in villages in India in places like Rajasthan n all..in 1 of my frnds villages there's a custom of marriage at birth too.

i dont know whether should oppose or not, reason being want to know what our scriptures has said, b'coz if we go in Ramayana and Mahabharata times there women enjoyed their specific position,i want to know what scripture say exactly about child marriage, their reason of early marriage , because its my belief scriptures always have some logic behind everything.... as i read this topic i searched on it and found some ancient theory about it, will post the link of it....
But, as of now the way they are showing actually showing the true pic, which actually begin after the sultan empire,even the rituals have become more orthodox , spl. banning the girls education

Right now find only two, if i got somemore information on what scripture said abt. it .
Just now what they are showing which is very much true.... i hate child marriage..
At times after watching the serial, I become tensed, and when i confirm with my mother about it, is that actually used to happen she said its very true......
the most heinous thing rite now their plan to show the Tauji marriage with some young girl, i even saw the water movie, i was so tensed up after seeing the deteriorated condition of widows....

yet there are manyyy people in diff parts of ind esp villages where the mind set of people needs to be changed!

Most of the curtailing of women freedom came after the Mughal rule. There used to be not much of pardha system. Though, I am not sure about child marriage, it is a crime under Indian laws. But, one can see on news such things happening in Rajashthan, M.P ... Haryana.

It is against law of nature and a rights of a girl child to get her married at such a tender when she is supposed to play and study like boys.
