If shivangi does do BV2 then....

If shivangi does do BV2 then there this could be huge success for her and for the show or a huge downfall.

Success for the show because she has a lot of fans so if she joins then it would garner more viewers thus increasing TRP. Success for her because, after doing a character for more then 5 years she was able to get out of it's skin and do a completely opposite character with perfection - but for that there needs to be a huge improvement in her acting and talking - if she succeeds then would gain a lot of appreciation or if doesn't then...👎🏼

Naira was more bubbly, outgoing and outspoken character - who liked to run away a lot when she couldn't handle a problem - while anandi is more of a sweet, naive, mature and suppressed character - who faces problem - which will grow into a strong person while still carrying anandi's qualities.

So if shivangi will need to control her expressions as anandi keeps it inside herself (From what I know and have seen) unlike naira.

Then Balika Vadhu team would need to hire a teacher to teach her rajasthani or the few viewers that it has will leave because of her accent.

Popular actors bring their fan base to their new show thereby making the show popular online.

Colors Tv channel or any other channel for that matter thrives on TRPs which is got by old aunties who watch the show in those 1000 Mumbai houses ( not sure of exact no ) where the BARC meter is there.

Online viewers don’t bring TRPs.. only these aunties watching the show on tv can bring. 😵

Also, these aunties love to see drama happening in the show.. 🤢 if no drama is there ie only romance or it’s too much goody goody, they’ll simply switch the channel and jump to another new show 😆

So, whether Shivangi acts well as Anandi or Randeep Rai as Jigar or not doesn’t matter.. melodrama and twists is what that keeps these aunties hooked to the show.

Anupamaa and Udaariyaan are raking high TRPs due to drama only.. despite the fact that the storyline is horrible in both..

In Anupamaa, it’s location nayi drama wahi ( drama happens either in Shah house or Anu’s house ) and viewers are hooked to the show because they want FL Anu to grow, want her to succeed, they want Anuj to help Anu, etc

In Udaariyaan copied Anupamaa by showing EMA.. then Miya, Biwi and woh living in same house.. but viewers are still watching because they’re more interested in FL Tejo’s growth.. Angad is just a catalyst in making the story go forward instead of it going round in circles.

Colors Tv channel loves to show EMA.. almost all their shows either have EMA or show ML married twice and both females living in same house with ML.. this is drama..

Like it’s predecessor ie BV Season 1 where they portray Jagya doing EMA, he divorces Anandi and married Gauri.. Let’s see if makers this time show Anandi having EMA with Anand or Jigar might do EMA.
