Twetty- One interesting incident from the sets of Bairi Piya?
Sharad- There have been a lot of them. Something that I remember is Amoli fainting several times. Shot dete waqt or sometimes she used to be sitting on the couch, calm and composed and the next moment she would faint. (Laughs)
Deebs- If u would have been given a chance 2 change one thing in Bairi piya ...
what would that have been?
Sharad- I like everything about the show and I don't really think I would want to change anything. However I had a thing against the shifting of the scenario from the village to Meerut.
Nazooo- As u know reality shows is an important genre of entertainment so which
reality show u would like 2 b a part of?
Sharad- Sure why not! I have already been a part of 4-5 now! I have even anchored a few of them so I think I am more inclined towards anchoring them!
Houseful- Do you regret any thing in life that you did and you feel you shouldn't have?
Sharad- One thing I regret is that I entered the industry really late. I was 26 when I came in to this industry and always felt that I should have done it when I was 20!
Twetty- Do you care for your fans and if you do, to what extent can you go to make them
happy?
Sharad- As an actor, being popular or famous is due to your fans. You are really nothing without them. They watch you everyday and know more about you than you, yourself! So for me my fans mean a lot and are extremely important.
Natashah- One thing which is most near to your heart - natashah
Sharad- My family and acting I guess are the closest to my heart. I really want to act and it is very important to me.
Hariram- If you were to start charity work, which three causes would you chose?
Sharad- First would be orphans and am also thinking of adopting one in the near future.
Second would be for animals because I love animals. I had a dog that died of cancer and it made us extremely sad.
Third would be senior citizens.
Sophia- My question for both is what is the best advice your mother ever
gave?
Sharad- This is something that I think I have said on TV as well. It is still fresh in my memory. Two things that my mother had told me that I can never forget and I still follow them. One being that you don't become small by apologizing to anyone. I follow this and say sorry even if I think that it will bring a smile on the other person's face or even when am not at fault. The second being that I have had a long struggle in the industry for almost like four years and during those times my mother told me that if you ever want anything ask me. Don't stretch your hands in front of anyone else except me.
Salvina- Name of that one thing you can't live without and one thing you just
can't leave home without it?
Sharad- This one I think is very obvious! I can't live without my wife and I never leave the house without giving her a peck on the cheek (laughs)
Shova- How was it working with Supriya?
Sharad- It's been superb! She has grown over the year and she has managed to make a mark for herself in Mumbai. The tiny little girl has definitely done well for herself! (Smiles)
Kinza123- Would you be a part of Big Boss if ever you got a chance?
Sharad- That's a very difficult question! It depends on my mood actually. If I am in a cranky mood then I don't know how I am going to react in the house but if I am in a good mood then I think its more like buddies sitting and having a chat! But as they say never say never, so you never know (laughs)
Twetty- What is your dream role?
Sharad- Nothing actually! I put my hundred percent in whatever comes to me!
Arrow01- Sharad is there one actor or actress you are eager to work with on
television?
Sharad- Not really! I have acted with Ronit Roy who is a big name on TV! But yes someday I would love to work with Varun Badola and Anupam Shyam and maybe Usha Nadkarni. I think they are fantastic actors. I also believe a lot of the young lot actors are also really good.
Sabeeha -What is the most number of re-takes you had to do for a shot?
Sharad- There hasn't been any such scene as such! I don't believe in retakes unless the director asks me to do so. I think when he does its only because he has a scene in his mind in a different way and feels it could be done differently so that ways I have taken 15 takes as well.
Insica - Sharad aap ka best aur worst subject kya tha school mein?
Sharad- I think the best subject was Maths and the worst was Chemistry! I have done my graduation in my 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Maths! So if I scored 85 in Maths I would score 40-45 in physics. But I think if not this chemistry, acting wise my chemistry has been good with all my co-actors! (Laughs)
You have named your pet Bacardi which is a very unique name for a pet. Who
thought of the name and why??
Sharad- (laughs) Well, Hussain and Tina are very good friends and we always have a get together when they are in town. Tina always wanted a dog and wanted to name him Bacardi which she couldn't. Since Keerti is such a good friend she decided to name it Bacardi.
Garryglued- What is the best quality you like in your wife Keerti and also the most annoying one???
Sharad- The best thing about Keerti is that she is crystal clear. She is very clean hearted. While the most irritating thing is that she is very clumsy though now I have become used to it and she is also making a point to improve herself. (Laughs)

Supriya-Daily we use to have some or the other thing happening on the show. My directors and the production people of Bairi Piya still keep telling me that they never got a team like ours.
About the incident I would like to tell you my first incident that took place in the beginning of the show. I had to catch a hen that was how my entry was to be shown on the show. But, ever time I use to try catching that hen it would run far away from me. This went or for long and me and my sister on the show actually started playing with the hen. We were running behind the hen like kids. Finally my sister on the show threw the hen towards me and I caught her.
deebs-If you would have been given a chance to change one thing in Bairi Piya what would that have been ?
Supriya-Nothing.
nazooo- As u know reality shows is an important genre of entertainment which reality show would you like to be a part of ?
Supriya-I would like to be part of some good shows like Nachle Ve and Kitchen Champion that I have done earlier. I would want to do a show that does not show vulgarity. I would like to participate in shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi where you get to prove you're self and you win because of your hard work and not because of votes.
houseful- Do you regret any thing in life something that you did and you felt you shouldn't have?
Supriya-There are a few things that I do regret and they are part of my personal life. Professionally I have noting to regret. I love my family a lot but there was this time when I did not accept their decision and chose someone for me. I was in college then and I had this boyfriend that my parents did not approve of but I did go against their decision. I continued the relationship till I realized they were right and they could see a side of him I couldn't at that point. I still regret that moment for I feel I have hurt my parents. I know they have forgotten all of this as I was just young then but somehow I just can't forgive myself.
natashah- one thing which is most near to your heart

HAIRIRAM- If you start charity work which three cause you'd choose first?
Supriya-I would do things for blind children, secondly I would like to do things for children in the orphan ages but for the right ones. There is this one orphanage in Juhu were I usually go and do my little bit when I get an opportunity to. Apart from that I buy things made by these blind children. I dislike the fact that people do not understand that these kids make things and sell them for hardly ten to twenty rupees but still they will prefer buying it from a store where they will have to pay a fifty buck. I usually buy a lot of these things and keep gifting them to people.
Lastly I think we need to do something for the HIV people. I have see then being ill treated by their families and I would want a house or at least a hospital to be built for them where they can be cured free of coast and they can live happily for at least till the time they have with them.
Fhamida- Will you accept the offer for Bairi Piya 2 or a new show together even if you guys are busy with your respective shows?
Supriya- Sure Bairi Piya is my heart. I did Agle Janam too but it was only in Bairi Piya that I got into this character. I do not mind if the show comes back even after two years I am ready to take it up. In case I am doing another show at that time I will ask them to wait for I wouldn't want anybody but me to be Amoli. (🤗🤗)
maham_cute- Sharad aur Supriya after watching you on TV people admire you and your skills a lot, they become your fans and most of the fans start considering you as their inspiration or idealize you. So how do you feel to be an inspiration for someone?
Supriya- It feels great. If someone gets inspired by us or we get inspired by somebody it's really touching. As kids we all want to be like somebody and when you grow up and someone says that he or she is inspired by you, you like it more than anything. I love all the people who are inspired by me for this shows that they love me from heart because if you do not love someone that way you cannot get inspired by them.
Sophia-My question for both is what is the best advice your mother ever gave?
Supriya-My mother has given me a lot of advices and she still keeps giving them. Once she had told me that no work is bad if you work from your heart. People might like your work or they might not but when you work from your heart each and ever person appreciates it. I did Agle Janam and people had told me that your new in the industry do not take such a small role but I took it and worked from my heart. It was this role of me in Agle Janam that got me Bairi Piya. Even now I have taken up Aarakshan as it's different but I am working from my heart.
Insica- Sharad and Supriya what do you both have to say to those die hard Bairi Piya fans who are still petitioning, e-mailing, and doing everything possible to bring the jodi back for a new season?
Supriya-I would like to salute all you people.
Salvina- Name of that one thing you can't live without and one thing you just can't leave home without it?
Supriya- Money and my mobile phone, in today's world these are the most important things.
Ghya- Which place do you like to go on vacations?
Supriya-I haven't been out of India till date so Goa but if I get to go out of our country it would be Switzerland.

deebs-Why did you take much time to select your next show after Bairi Piya as you were getting lots of offers?
Supriya-Because I wanted to do something different. Amoli is just for Bairi Piya hence, I did not want to take a similar character as I wanted my fans to know that I can do different roles too.
Sophia-Supriya how has Sharad as a co-star help develop you as an actress?
Supriya- A lot. Whenever he felt the need to correct me he would teach me things and not just he the entire unit was very helpful. I myself use to try and polish my act and whenever he use to feel he use to say that do it this way or that way. I feel if the artists are not good together it reflects on the screen. We had a very good understanding and that is what everybody got to see.
Fareeha-Hi Supriya watching your acting and dancing, have watched you in comedy and as a cook. long list so what's left that you want to do next?
Supriya- Action be ready for it.
Your journey from Ranchi to Mumbai, how has it been so far?
Supriya- It's been very good I had not even expected so much.
Sweetypie -Supriya you appear such a cool and down to earth type of girl. What is the think that most fascinates you about the industry?
Supriya- I never get angry fast for I feel everybody is human and has the right to be happy and we must respect the others. For me be it a spot boy, a director or an artist I will talk to all of them in a similar manner but people in the industry are not like this. It does not matter to me how far I do or which post I reach I will always be me.
Ratina- What would you have liked to do had you not joined the TV industry?
Supriya- I always wanted to be a dancer I thing I would have done that then.
Garryglued-Wow this is kewl. Hi Supriya, My question to u is whether your role in the new Imagine show "Aarakshan" will be a cameo or a full fledged role?
Supriya-It's a full fledged character and I will be part of this show till it ends.
Sabeeha- Supriya where do you see yourself ten years from now?
Supriya-I would like to see myself very high and that too in every aspect of life. I do make a few mistakes here and there even now and I am sure over these years I will not want to repeat them. I do hurt people at time because of my childish behaviour at time but I'd never want to hurt anybody in future.
