acc to d hindi calender system d month starts wid an amavasya(new moon) n is counted as zero den dere cms one,two so on n on d 15th day cmes purnima(full moon)den again cms one, two ...so on n on d 15th day new moon day cms again!
thus a month ends dere.
nw here its stated dat its a durgashtmi day, dats 8th
n holi alwys falls on a fullmoon day, n holika-dehan is done dat day
n dese ppl r showing dat both d festives r on d same day!
