Noor turns the situation faster than she can react and something always stops her. It does not matter where you are from, no one can cope with such devious games; that too after being accused of murder and having the guilt of two people dying due to your supposed negligence.

I am frustrated by writers too and how they deliberately creating situations/delaying the reveal just so the next scene/plot/twist can fall into place and never mind the logic. I wonder if Azaan will ever know the truth and I hate the writers showing him completely unaware of what is happening…

Let's divide Shaira's characterization in two parts - 1 Education 2 Life Experience

Education - Shaira is an educated lady from Britain but her education was not something which makes a person street smart, she did masters in Islamic Studies, so her religion is not only a part of her personal life but her professional life as well, she has installed religious preaching in her daily life.

Life Experience - She lost her parents when she was very young, she doesn't have siblings, grew up as only child, she didn't have a family, she was raised by her household staff as she said that she was rich.

Shaira grew up craving love and family, Azaan gave her this family, Noor is very important for Azaan and Razia, if anything happens to Noor, it will result in Shaira losing her family once again. If she lets Noor die for her selfish reasons to keep Azaan with her then it goes against everything she has aspired to be in her life, according to her education and religion, a good human.
