What about bike wala alien ?

Who was that bike wala alien ? Who was roaming around colony every time for at least 1.5 years or so ? He can't be Manav as Manav was discovered in 2015 . And there are many episodes in 2014 itself that they have that bike wala .
He can't be 2015 also as he was kidnapped in just 3 months . And even he was , why he was coming there ? Why he didn't try to find ? With Cutie around I don't think 2015 was eager to find his parents that time 😉 And even if that bike wala is not alien then from where that timi timi sound was coming from ? That time Manav wasn't there .
