How can Ronnie give notice to ghotalas?

I think the residents of sunshine colony are not owners of the houses. I guess they live on rent.

Actually it's all so confusing. Let's assume that the bhatts,ojhas and d'souzas are the owners of their own houses but still Ronnie has no right to give them notice because he is not the owner of the house where ghotalas lived.

I was going to make a thread on this. Even if he is the secretary of the society, it gives him no right to send eviction notice to a family.

Every society has a secretary. The objective of a society office is to do things collectively. FIrstly, you cannot ask a family to go away because these people don't behave the way you do and secondly such big decisions are to be done collectively by all the members. Thus, you need to arrange for a society meeting first.

Debi,ronnie is not the secretary of the colony.In the new year track they showed someone else as the secretary of the colony. I agree with u,before making such a decision,his duty was to discuss about it with all the colony members including the secretary and the agent who gave the ghotalas rent.I feel the agent has more right to decide whether the ghotalas should stay in the society or not.The residents job is to just address a complain and not make a decision on who should stay and who shouldn't.It's really surprising that Ronnie had the guts to make a notice for a silly reason that the ghotalas closed the door on his face even though it was not his job.I mean they are ghotalas.They have done even weirder stuff than this.😆

I don't think even the agent can issue an eviction notice because someone slammed the door on his neighbour. I mean socially I am obliged to obey the rule of the society but if I wish not to socialize with the people around me no one can throw me out of the house only because the house is a rented one.
