This happens in soaps Sumi like in TMKOC when Bagha was not a permanent member, he played various roles like kaam wali bai's husband, school teacher e.t.c.

Anna's Hindi is not a blooper. SOme people learn languages more easily than others. I can speak a few languages and can write a few too while my brother can't do the same although we both were brought up in the same environment with similar education.

Everything else is a blooper here.

How old was Anna when Manav left for his duty if she is 18 now ?
