Truly a blockbuster episode today . i truly appreciate the team and am Super proud of the creatives and makers and the actors for giving it their all even now when it's about to go off air. Usually when news of shows going off air surface makers stop caring and just drag drag drag and then give a split sec happy ending scene which isn't enough to get the feel to be happy But here it's like they don't even give a f**k about the channel and their pressure anymore. they only thing that they seem to care about is the Content and the Quality of their end product and it just makes me super super super happy and proud of them. which brings me to the conclusion and i am about 99% sure about it that this whole mess is Not because of Trp's that it has something to do with the channel and production house differences. i've seen it happen so many times the last very popular case was tere liye where the channel wanted somethign else while ekta had a different story in mind and they shut it off at it's peak in mere 2 weeks and in the process completely butchered the show . the last month of that was pure torture where everyone was like a new character thank to the channel pressure on the team . etc
we've seen that in the whole yograj aman scenario where i believe they tried to give in to the channel demands but the channel didn't care enough decided to shut off and now they don't give a damn and are giving it their all.
Today's episode will go down my memory lane just caz of it's purity and innocence.
meera gotta be the only female on this earth who would talk about her not taking a shower while proposing to her future husband like really woman i knew you were a bit crazy but this is just on next level crazy but i don't mind it caz her innocence and clean dil can be seen through these things it's her nature it's how she is and she kills it with such things.
you have to give it to her for being a super womanya literally . the way she did this whole journey and stood up against the zalim samaj and said her sach with so much confidence you go woman. it makes me so happy to see her not being afraid of anyone and saying everything . sab dil khol ke bol diya. and abhi's expressions and reactions to her rant and confessions were so adorable. bechara pehle toh samjh hi nahi paya and then he was once again too smitten too proud of his choice and u could see it in his eyes yeh hai meri meera wali look he was just constantly giving her those soft , amazed ,surprised and proud looks and the whole moment was just absolutely beautiful. the way she went down on her knees and did the srk pose , him sitting down and saying i love u in return then the hug and repeated I love you *sigh too dreamy* this is what a fairytale looks life * * heart eyes emoji*
i was smiling like an idiot and i've seen it so many times on repeat. these 2 are really something else and i love how they play each other off so well .
cousins are just so sweet and hardcore meera abhi shippers loved how happy they were for these 2 and how they are willing to protect them form all odds anytime. how often do we actually get to see such pure bonds on indian tv anyway where cousins don't want anything in return except love.
the family drama made sense and was handled nicely it's actually very good that they showed that everything suddenly can't be alright that in real life it doesn't happen like that people will still object and raise questions. special mention of abhi standing up for meera and supporting her.
also babli ki jai ho once again she proved she's the best mother and will do whatever is in her hands to protect her children . aaj toh usne taunts ki bhi care nahi ki despite abhi giving her those looks and trying to tell her to shush up she fought for her son so bravely and saaf saaf bata dia sabko ke abhishek abhi bhi babli ka hi beta hai .
the comic elements were as always on spot and detailing ki toh baat hi kuch aur hai small things like sona and kapil placing the bet , meera ji doing the srk pose or srk references, ramraj chahcha thoosing ladoos all the characteristics are so connected to their initial episodes and they bring them back just like that and u r like wow the creatives remember these things warna after first month makers usually forget everything and with each month passing their characters keep evolving and look nothing like their initial days in other shows..
anu all the caps are giving me feels and i can't deal with it. i am just smiling and smiling and getting teary thinking we'll lose this gem soon.
once again hats off to the team, esp Priyansh & Namita for totally killing it once again.
