Vedika - Ram's finance ? (Part-3)

Priya is in her room, she has packed the bags & ready to leave for railway station, Maitri will drop pihu directly there,

Krish came there.

Krish : Ek akhri baar soch lo Priya, tum sach me Jana chahti ho? Yaha sab kuch hai tumhari family, Tum...

Priya cuts him in between & said "Ab kuch nahi hai, kuch bhi nahi, jo thods kuch tha, wo bhi nahi.

Krish gives her a confused look (while fixing his glasses again as always) : Me kuch samjha nahi !

Priya friendzoning him again : Zarurat bhi nahi hai, please leave me alone.

(Krish left, Priya is sitting alone in the room, her suitcase is in front of her, packed, & tears rolling from her eyes)

FLASHBACK SCENE,

One and half hour back,

Priya got a call from Ishaan, he was infuriated that no one told him his mother is getting married, wasn't this something he should know? And what's upsetting him more are those papers vedika gave him in name of Ram, he don't know how to talk to RK about this now, so he called the other person he is grateful in his life, his priya maasi, Priya tried to make him understand but couldn't, so she went to meet Ishaan outside the engagement hall.

Ishaan touched her feet, greeted her, his eyes were filled with guilt because of what happened 5 years back,

Priya : Kya hua Ishaan?

Ishaan : Nothing Maasi

Priya : Acha batao kya baat hai, tum khush nahi ho apni mom k liye? I know unhe tumhe batana chahiye th, tumse baat karni chahiye thi, par me maa-bete k beech nahi aungi, bas itna kahungi ki tumhe unki khushi me khush hona chahiye.

Ishaan : But why? Kya zaroorat hai shaadi ki? I don't want anyone to come in her life again, not as a father atleast, & me mom ka dhyan rakh sakta hu, I'm almost done with my studies, I'll get a job & take care of her.

Priya : Oh to tum esa sochte ho, but esa hi nahi hai ishaan, I know tum Sara di ka dhyan rakh sakte ho, you're capable enough (thinking that's it's Her Mr. Kapoor's guidance which has turned Ishaan into a responsible man) but life sirf financial needs se complete nahi hoti, or bhi kaafi cheeze hoti hai, Don't you think your mom deserves a second chance? Don't you think she deserves to have someone who will love her unconditionally, & stay with her forever?

Tum kab tak Sara di k sath reh paoge? Be practical Ishaan, tumhari bhi life hogi, career hoga, family hogi, tumhari mom nahi chahengi ki wo tum par dependent rahe, & remember Ishaan, pyaar ki jagah, ek sachhe life partner ki jagah koi nahi le sakta, koi bhi nahi.

Suddenly Priya notices there's some paper in Ishan's hand, & asked him about it, he tries to hide them but Priya forced & see them, she is stunned after reading them.

Priya : Are you serious Ishan? Tum apni mom se legally seperate hona chahte ho?

Ishan tried to clarify, he didn't bring those papers & spit it out that ye papers RK ne banwaye hai,

Priya : Shut up, Ishan, Mr. Kapoor esa kabhi nahi kr sakte, tumhe koi galatfehmi hui hai,

wo ek bachhe ko uski maa se alag krne k soch bhi nahi sakte (feels guilty for hiding about Pihu from Ram) I don't trust this, anyways, mujhe abhi yaha se jaana hoga, I hope tumhe meri baat samajh a gayi hogi, please give it a thought.

The papers are in Priya's hand, Priya's VO : Nahi Priya, don't even think that, Mr. Kapoor esa soch bhi nahi sakte......(after a pause),

But agar sach me...kya unke dil me mere liye itni nafrat hai ki wo Ishan ko Sara di se.... no, not at all, jo bhi ho, wo kisi k galti ki saza kisi or ko nahi denge.

She was about to leave but her heart stopped her, & made her think, "Jaane se pehle ek bar unhe dekh lu kya?" Pata nahi fir kabhi me unhe ese dekh Pau bhi ya nahi. But kisi ne dekh liya to...

After thinking a lot, Priya decided to see Ram one last time, she covers her face with her dupatta, enters the hall, but before she could see Ram, she hears a familiar voice,

"Kesi badtameez bachii hai ye, peeche hi pad gayi hai, Puri dress kharab kardi, pura juice meri dress par gira diya"

Is that her ? Yes, the woman that always made Priya insecure, of herself,

It's VEDIKA. (Ram's ex-lover)

What is she doing here? She was in Manali, right? And on whose kid she is shouting so much?

Priya took few steps ahead & shocked to see that it's her "Pihu"

Pihu & Vedika again face to face. Priya can't move forward, she stands there blank.

Pihu : oh aap, aap to wahi ho na wrong side me drive krne wali aunty, jinhone 10000 ka fine bhara.

Vedika (speaks furiously) : Aunty ? What even, did you call me aunty?

Pihu : Aunty ko aunty nahi bolu to kya bolu ? Uncle? Oh yaad aaya mumma kehti hai kuch log slow learn karte hai, shayad aap ye learn karna bhul gyi.....

Or apko dekh kar chalna chahiye na, Mera pura juice gira diya.

Vedika : Acha, to chor kotwal ko daante, khud dekh kar nahi chalti or mujhse argument kar rahi ho, bhul gayi mein kon hoon ?

Pihu : Ha pata hai, pata hai, AAP RAM KAPOOR KI FIANCE HO, me apki tarah slow learn nahi karti, mujhe sab yaad rehta hai.

Priya who was standing far away, couldn't believe what she heard. Tears started rolling from her eyes.

(Flashback scene over).
