Ram is a guy who is just in love wid ideas.....The idea of love, Idea of a happy family, Idea of one sided love ,Idea of ideal marriage, idea of friendship, idea of how a mother in law is like a mother, idea of sabko apna bana lena ......Just anything that sounds nice in theory and shown in Rajhshri production movies wid songs and dances..Reality se koi nata nai he uska.....
On top of that priviledge of being a rich man, husband ,son in law....Basically always at a position of power in society and in relationship.....
Even abt himself he has grand ideas like "merese better pyaar ko kaun janta he, me esa insaan hi nai hu jo kisiko hurt kare, mere liye v relationship me trust sabse imp he, I am a feminist "etc etc....
In reality he is just a normal typical dude wid clear distinction between us and them....who has diff set of rules for himself and others....🤡

I know many of you might not agree with me but the thing is I feel women sacrifice a lot and no one cares abt their sacrifice. They just take them for granted as if its just a part of their day to day duty. Especially after marriage.
These shows have the power to encourage and change the thought of a society. I am not asking for separation or Priya treating her husband/in laws badly. She shouldnt . But that doesnt mean when things go wrong for her family she shouldnt voice her opinion and make it clear that her husband and his family was wrong. She shouldnt try to soft talk and let it go.
Also want to see a stronger girls side. We are not in 1950s . We are in 2022 , so many years post independents and we still show the girl's family weaker , bending till their head can touch the earth. Why??

Whatever he does, Meera would always be reminded of his words every time he addresses her “Meera Maa”.
What give you the right to disrespect your wife’s mother for your wife’s wrongdoing, and in this case he knew very well Priya no role.
It was very unbecoming and lowly of him to do that. So no amount of justification or apology can redeem his actions today or heal the hurt he gave the old woman, who saw in him a son she always wished to have or a man he always wanted to have in her life.
mand it was him who went all OTT and addressed her as “Meera Maa” she did jot ask for it. Cliched but true, actions speak louder than words.
It will be very difficult to enjoy all the happy / romantic scenes without showing him suffering in guilt.

Also, one benefit of doubt for Ram is that he feels that he always needs to protect his family. He went against his family, got Shivina married to Akki. Nandini & Shubhu were against it. So Shivina’s marriage breaks, he is guilty. He still has not trusted Priya, so accepting her & her side of family, he has a long way to go. He loved them because it was his sister’s sasuraal. Now that marriage is breaking, he feels that Priya’s family is not worth it. Everyone around him keeps saying that Priya’s family is ajeeb one. See, I am not a Ram’s fan but was just thinking from his perspective
