I think the dance sequence is Priya's imagination! It makes more sense as Priya is drunk and came to the stage!

Ram saying sorry and asking for Priya's hand will happen later and as he will bring back Priya and the video will be played by Vedika!

I think the storyline is hinting something like this!

Yes, you could be right. The dance can be Priya’s imagination as she is drunk. And may be because of her talli pan she goes back to Kapoor Mansion. Doesn’t want to be a part of the party as she is hurt by Ram’s behaviour. Hence, she is missing when the cake cutting scene happens and Sara di is telling Ram the truth. Won’t it be wonderful if she misses seeing the flashback video played at the party because of this reason. In this way Ram gets to tell her the truth about Vedika exactly how he wanted to tell her when he goes after her to KM ( kya popar hoga Vedika ka if she plays the video at the party and realises that Priya is not even there to see it).

I do so hope too.that she misses seeing the video bcoz of her drunken state.

As it was mentioned in a update and as there are sequence from their college days I am hoping even if Priya get to know, she will forget and Ram will get the chance to properly narrate the whole thing to Priya!
