Is Ram falling in love with Priya?

There is a saying that " A guys feels insecure about loosing his girl when he knows someone else can treat her better than him." In this case he is very sure that Neeraj , is a cheat and can never give Priya the respect and life that she deserves.

So , his anger whenever Neeraj is around is not because of insecurity. Its because Ram fears that Neeraj will hurt her. He is being protective of her . From the past stories and Neeraj's behaviour during their engagement/wedding he has understood what Neeraj is capable of hence this fear.

He is angry because the strong Priya that he knows seems to take Neeraj and his atrocities very lightly. He believes Neeraj is capable of harming her emotionally and physically. He doesn't want anyone to hurt her .

And we all know that when we love someone , we always want to protect them. I feel Ram is in love with Priya. What do you all think??

I think you should add one more Ram is in love with Priya and in denial. And you change first to Ram is in love with Priya and knows it. ASsuming you first choice is in love but in denial, I am choosing.😀

I guess his hesitance to accept love and shown in denial must be because , for him the word Love was always associated with his "Vedu "...probably after knowing Priya , he might be regretting that part of his past...never know..😉

I think when you are love…you often don’t make sense…I definitely agree that Ram is protective of Priya but he is also jealous…he doesn’t need to be but he is

I think Ram knows he is love…

I don’t see he is in denial…he is thanking God for Priya in his life…he is telling Adi I don’t want to talk about yesterday and mess up my today…

If it's just what you think it is, then it wud really b grt. But not once did his monologues reflect that. It always seems to be she doesn't care for me. See when it comes to insecurity when in love there is no rationale. Of course Ram know Neerajs is match for him in any way be it what he can provide for her in terms of both materialistic wealth and also care. But he still feels neglected because how of Priyas actions. So that's where the insecurity comes from - she doesn't care for me. My thoughts.

Ram loves and has long been. Even during the joint trip to Shashi's house, Ram returned, Vedika was nearby, and Ram did not think about anything except Priya, instead of Vedika's name it was said Priya. Even then, Ram was lost in love. Now it has been completely taken away. He is afraid of losing, protects, shows insecurity and is looking forward to confirmation of reciprocity. Hence all the psychos, nervousness, screams and stubbornness. He did not even accept the truth about Priya from his friends properly. But give him a little confirmation... Ram will take off.

He is almost there, but he does not know at all. In his head its Vedika and hence he never denies his mother, or Mami or even Vedika when they talk about how special she is to him.

Also important to notice was his dialogue "Log Nafrat tab karte hain jab Pyaar ho" he stops there. He knows Priya hates Neeraj, because she loved him once and for him that feeling of love would never be there. He is generally happy in whatever he gets, so if Priya is with him the way she is, he is happy. He was cranky all day , cribbing and the moment she entered the party he was happy and questioned himself for thinking all wrong. In his head she was still not the one who organized the party and yet her glimpse can take it all away. Again the moment he sees her sad, all alone, he is rushing towards her, when Vedika stops him. The guy had all his eyes on her. He is already there and he does not know. His friends did tell him, if something is wrong between Priya and Ram, he is disoriented and that surely has not happened in the past.

It is crystal clear Ram is deeply in love with Priya. His emotions are depicting it.

Ram is already in love, he has not realized yet but soon he will realize, after some denial phase he will start his mission of make Priya realize her love! 😂
