Seriously, this is not acceptable at all. It is an insult for his wife that too in front of everyone. I am hoping this is Vedu's dream sequence. Otherwise this is not justified at all whatever the reason is. I personally don't believe that Ram will dance with her ex just because she organised a party for him. It is totally against his personality. He never tried to win back Vedika once she got married and didn't even question her choice, so dancing with her now when he is already smitten with Priya makes no sense.
