I think they wanted to show it like corona. Bass naam mention nahi kia and just said Ram virus se expose hogaya hai (it sounds ridiculous🤣) . Maybe Ram was a primary contact or something and might have got some fever but later tested negative for the virus😆 But the execution was all over the place😆 But I am overlooking it as Nakuul suddenly tested positive and probably the team had to scrap the current track and introduce something to justify his absence. Toh uss time pe jo sujha daal dia😆

Regarding Ram getting unconscious, maybe he fainted due to stress as Priya did😆 we know how many tablets he takes for stress bp etc😆
