My dog ran away once I guess it was sensitive to some sound ..They get scared and stressed in such situations easily..Yeah Kaddu was worried about the sound of the fireworks and glad Rishab soothed him aww..

I still don't crack cracker cuz of my pet cat, Sudu. She is afraid of thunder and crackers. We decided not to do it cuz some of them hid under the bed due to sound. Still Neigbours cracking crackers affect them. I wish they tone it down.

Yeah dogs get stressed out to sounds. They can hear distant noise/faint noise and high pitch voice unnoticeable to humans. So they get startles with the loud noise. Aww that was sad to hear your dog ran away. It must have been heartbreaking for you.

Yeah it was good that Rishab was with Kaddu.

Yeah cats do get scared of crackers. My cat also does the same. I also don't like crackers that make loud noise. It is not pleasing to hear. We have crackers that do not have loud noise. I used to burst them when I was little.
