Ram Kapoor was supposed to be in Hindu College on February 19 for a panel discussion along with Mahesh Bhatt and Gul Panag to promote his upcoming show Dil Ki Baatein Dil Hi Jaane, but the event was cancelled after Kapoor fell ill.

Ram's spokesperson told us, "He is down with high fever, which is why the event was cancelled." Ram's illness also left many students upset who were looking to see the actor in person. Pavas, a second year student at Hindu, said, "I was really looking forward to meeting Ram Kapoor. I loved him in Udaan. I really hope he comes to the college some time to make up for this." Radhika, a first year student of the college, told us, "My boyfriend is a little plump and cute, like Ram Kapoor. And I am skinny like Gautami. So, I was very excited that I might get to see him in person. He shouldn't have cancelled on us."
