Hey JyothiRasam is include in Tamil cuisine ,without it full meal would not complete..Its traditionally prepare using tamarind juice,tomato pepper and other seasoning ingredients..It is also cook with parupu[dhal] ,lemon .THERE IS VARIETY OF RASAM TOMATO,GARLIC ,LEMON AND MANY.Its eaten with rice..just like sambar.there is an order to eat traditional tamil nadu full meals.first we eat rice with sambar ,then rasam and we end with curd rice..PS:I'm a great foodie :P
