Even If Juhi managaed to get Ram agree to marry her (which is next to impossible), it will work against her in the custody case. Because Ram-Juhi marriage will not be legal when PRK is alive. To make the marriage legal, Ram need to divorce Priya (which is quite easy considering Priya being in coma for 7 years) before marrying again, which I don't see happening.
