Varun's plan backfired & instead of Pihu he is one who is in trouble. But seriously shouldn't he have thought about consequences.He is a senior...same age as Sammy meaning aout 5-6 yrs older than Pihu, more than 18 yrs old an adult. Pihu is 15. If Varun was caught with Pihu even if Pihu would admit agreeing to it it is still a rape as Pihu is underage. He wanted Pihu to be humiliated but with that being school premises he would have gotten in trouble.

He is dependent on scholarship being warned once. Such incidence will affect him more than Pihu. Pihu's dad is a big business tycoon. If he could decide to ruin Varun & his family for influencing his daughter.

Yes Pihu's behavior is disgusting but once again BALH has proved to be more realistic show dealing with realistic issues. Youngsters don't think about their future when they are obsessed with revenge & Ego.

Seems like Varun was quite dumb to even think of messing with Pihu. He should have known that he'd jepordise his career and future if Pihu complains.
But as you said sense of revenge and ego made him not see the future consequences.

Varun ko lene ke dene padh gaye..

It was pitiful to see him beg Pihu to tell the truth whereas he himself was a douchebag. Even if Pihu had consented, one she was underage and second, she really thought he was in love with her.

And Varun had made these plans to bed her and humiliate her which his friends can easily testify to.

So whichever way we look at it, he was asking for trouble. And Pihu accusing him has left him with no escape

Varun is dumb, and his intent was criminal; Pihu is also dumb, and presumably had no intent to commit a crime, but unlike him she actually pulls it off in accusing him falsely of rape.

Difficult to say WHAT either of them was thinking - and WHETHER they were thinking at all.

He could only get assault or attempted rape charge which could result in jail time..they did not have sex (and ther was no sex and she was fully clothed when priya found her) .

However, she refused the test which means case could get thrown out altogether.

My feeling is that what pihu has done is worse and she has become a kalank on every rape victim. Her type is what gives real rapists leverage to blame the victim. The cvs hopefully handle this carefully and not just sweep it under the rug when pihu is found out. She shd go to jail for falsely accusing of rape and restitution to Varun nd his family.

But yes..what Varun did was dumb..ESP with a minor...
