The original plan was to only get Karthik back to Mumbai so that Priya's parents were out of jail. It was not for hand delivery of the baby to Karthik and Counselling session for the Bhai. That's the difference which cost a life. Lets not confuse Sakshi and Priya just as Iam clear about the difference between character and actor :-)

Ram only wanted to get Karthik arrested. Now we can't blame him for the police man who shot Karthik, the doctor who didnt treat him on time or even Karthik's decision to not surrender early, no? I know it's easy to put everyone on the guy just because he took a stance to get the coward Karthik arrested but this is tad too long rope

How can the child live with its parents ? The mother has abandoned the kid probably wanting the father to take full responsibility for having cheated her. The father can either take responsibility of the kid or go to jail. It was understood when Priya said she was with Nutz that she wants to see karthik punished.
