Who is Jahnvi's Husband?

May be i missed some article but it appears there are no comments on this subject. After watching yesterday's show and putting two and two together I came to the conclusion that Rishabh has to be the husband. But how can that be possible? I somehow don't think it is karthik since he is supposed to be out of country. Any guesses?

Somehow even I feel its Rishabh!! Coz looking at the Ayesha's telephonic conversation... it seems with a person who would benefit with Ram's property and y would Kartik get any share of Ram's property or business...So definitely seems like Rishabh..This could b the major twist" Rishabh as Jhanvi's husband"...

the way ayesha talked to him on phone suggests only rishab and no one else It could not possibly be Karthik who is supposed to be in singapore in which case he could not come to hospital to see jahnvi and all. However, it is not clear when Jahnvi was witness she too was getting married at that time or what. In which case Ayesha would have seen her and her husband too May be all this is yet another blooper in Ektaland.
