She became like that not only because of Shipra but also because of Priya and Sudhir ... She is youngest in the family and she never faced any pressure/problem in life... Even though ayesha belong to middile class family, usko kuch kammi nahi hui thi... Priya used to do everything for her... And Shipra's nature we all know...Sudhir never tried teach her anything either...
So she became like that because of Sharma Family...
And She is more like niharika... Even niharika was not rich... But you know how she used to behave right?? Middle class log n all... as though she was from a rich family.....
