Guys! We have seen Neha in a very positive and friendly character but when on earth did she cheated on her Huband, where did Rehaan came from, I mean who is the father, and how did he came into the picture. If Neha cheated on her husband then why Ram and Priya are trying their level best to bring them back together. It's Neha's fault.

Rehaan is Neha's son before Neha-Vikram marriage. Neha, at teenage above 18, got cheated by a Man in Africa,he made her Pregnent and left her alone. She decided to give birth to baby i.e Rehaan, and when birth happend, Neha's parents told her that Her Child was dead but they sent Rehaan to Ashram. Neha resumed her studies after this, met Vikram and got married to Vikram. Later, now she gets to know that her first child is alive!. Hope it clears you.
