she could have doen so much like

1. tell priya excalty how ram was after she left how it went worse ,how ayesha went to him crying begging for marriage
2. shipras behaviour when she wanst here
3. ram and ayesha total strangers he just took her in for her ( priyas sake) how ram pines for her keeps fast
4. in her relation isnt this enough time to think, how much space does she want when will she ever own up to the kids? so far vikram has been showing fgreat paitence and she dsnt seem to reciprocate that !! she dsnt want ot own up to the kids?
5. right now the reaon seems that vik ddnt want rehan to live in the smae ohuse as family and she is torn btween the two but if she is taknig idvorce then she is actualyl not otrn she chosen rehan!!

it is assumed that a lot of things have been told already. And sleeping on the same bed was not her but their mutual choice- if u see its vik who begins by saying i'll sleep on the couch- they are in a phase of suspension and awkwardness while sorting out their issues and hence there's an awkwardness about sleeping together when she drops in after a long time away. its very natural - u suddenly cant drop in and without resolving issues just for one night sleep together.

She did go up to vik's office and they decided to tell the kids - but they showed rahul didnt pick up the phone . And later there were scenes where it seems rahul was told, he leaves angrily - CVs have just been lazy in tying up loose ends here. They began this divorce drama without having thought it out thru .
And there is no reason which has been shown yet- this is just conjecture . It could just be vik not being able to come to terms with it and needing time and wanting divorce as an initial reaction. She was the one who asked vik to keep rehan away from rahul and the kids ...and if vik's forcing her to make a choice about a situation she can't help either - they both need to sort it out before they assume marital intimacies .
Idon't understand why any action of hers when she's obviously torn and both of them need to come to a resolution should be blamed on her...its atough situation and they are both trying to resolve it, i found their karva chauth romance very cute- underlying that whatever be the immediate crisis whatever exists between them is far too strong and will weather it !

that garnier promotion was so irritating n dat couch scene was illogical if it was raya i can understand but after 17 yrs of mrg this awkwardness was not needed
