Tfs...I want Priya to fight the case, the greatest relationship on this earth is that of mother and child, a mother can fight with anybody to save her child and if that is with her dearest husband then also she will not give up and will fight till end, that is the essence of the relationship, and here Priya has to fight with RAM, dearest person but still she will fight and if we see this in human aspect then a five year old kid cannot live without mother so question of sole custody is not justified, let's see now what happens next

i dont think mom and dad's place ca be compared i would say joint custody as in case of rob pattison and kirsten stewart they got joint custody of their dog.
