yes i also think that she will call him "Ram" when ram will loose that expectation from her..and may be he will be angry with her for not calling him ram..but jo bhi ho..I am eagerly waiting for that scene..i am sure it will be a surprise for us as well as for ram😛 and the scene will be very sweet..just can't wait😳

when she called Mr. Kapoor by his name that time situation was totally different, she had to pretend that he was her fiancee, now things have really changed, for last 6 months and before that also she never call him by his name, not even post marriage and remember when she confess her love then also, suddenly now it is difficult for her to call him by his name, though she is now teasing him but she also feeling shy to call him by his name...these little things will make their relation more sweet
