yep China. I have two boys 9 and 14 .so who is elder girl or boy? Sri - don't mind me asking but how do Chinese govt handle the immigrant with more than 1 child? do they not still have the law there of only 1 child? or has it been relaxed after natural disaster few years back?
The one child policy has lot of sub levels. First if you are of a certain ethnic group you can have a second child. If you have a girl, you can have a second child, if you and your spouse are the single child of your respective parents then you can have a second child, if you don't come under these categories then you can pay a tax and have a second child.so the rich can have the option of a second child as the tax is very exorbitant
