Part 6
Ram wakes up first. In fact, he did not sleep most of the night. He called the resort manager once in 5 minutes since he came up with new plans and ideas for Priya's surprise. Poor hotel manager finally said they are not his working hours and that is when Ram realizes that it is past mid-night and he was actually disturbing somebody's sleep.
Keeping all the creative activities away for the night, he keeps staring at Priya lovingly and dozes off.
Priya wakes up and sees Ram staring at her.
Ram: Good morning.
Priya: Good morning Ram. Aap itne jaldi uth gayye?
Ram: Yeah! Wasn't so sleepy.
Priya: Chaliye. Apne room mein jaayiye aur jaldi fresh ho jaayiye.
Ram: Oh.. (Made a face like - Yeh mujhe wapas kyun bhej rahi hai? - as if a 1st grade kid) Aisa hai?
Priya: Aisa hai matlab? Aap fresh nahi hona chahte?
Ram: Oh.. Yeah.. I mean... I am going... I will be back soon.
Ram left making a gloomy face. Once after Ram left, Priya found the room empty and null once again. It was as if there was no life in the room, no fun, nothing special or important.
Priya: (in heart) Mujhe aisa ajeeb sa kyun lag raha hai? Kyun aisa heavy feeling ho raha hai Ram ko apne kamre mein jaate hue dekh ke? Aakhir aisa kya ho gaya inn do teen dinon mein? Kahin mujhe... Oh god! Mein yeh kya soch rahi hoon? Pagal ho chuki hoon, Ab late ho jaoongi toh Ram phir se chidana shuru karenge kissi na kissi baat ko leke. (Now talking to herself) Mrs. Priya Ram Kapoor, stop brainstorming and start getting ready.
Priya wears a black saree (just like the one she is wearing in one of the SBS honeymoon segment videos), looking gorgeous and sexy.
Priya goes outside and knocks the door of Ram's room.
Ram: Kaun hai?
Priya: Mein..
Ram: Ek minute aa raha hoon.
For the first time in his life, Ram has put in lot of efforts to choose a dress and then mix match the accessories. Ram thought to himself, "Pyaar insaan se kuch bhi karwati hai".
He opens the door, only to be mesmerized by Priya's beauty. He was in awe and definitely not on this earth - body present, with priya in his heart, and mind totally absent 😆
Priya: Ram, Ram! Kahan kho gayye?
Ram: (Coming back to his senses) Arey haan Priya, sorry woh! Andar aao na..
Priya comes inside and gets some little shocks. First of all, the biggest shock, Ram's used towel was on the bed. His socks and shoes not kept in a proper manner. His suitcase was wide opened and all his stuff were here and there (This is the result of Ram trying to dress his best 😆).
Priya: Ram, aap ki tabhiyat toh theek hai na? 😲
Ram: Kyun? Kya hua meri tabhiyat ko? Bilkul theek hoon mein.
Priya: Nahi, woh towel yahan pada hai aur aap ke saare cheezein idhar udhar ho gayye. I mean, aap ko aisa passand nahi hai na.
Ram: Woh.. (He did not have any answer) 🥱
Priya: Koi baat nahi. Mein clean karti hoon.
Ram keeps staring at her as she folds all his stuff.
Priya: Ram maine saare samaan theek kar diya hai lekin, wahan aap ke kuch private cheezein hai, so please take care of them yourself.
Ram: (He was surprised, he was not embarrassed, with Priya talking about his private stuff) I will fold them.
Priya: Okay. Mein jaa kar ek baar dekh leti hoon ki Rahul ready hua ki nahi.
Ram: Arey priya ruko ek minute. Woh Rahul ne message kiya lekin tum so rahi thi toh maine dekh liya. Woh, uss ne kaha tha ki, he will not be able to come with us since he is having some important work. Subah uss ne mujhe message kiya and he said he is leaving early and he already left.
Priya: Oh! We will miss him so much na..
Ram: (Hey bhagwan, yeh Rahul museebat kab hatega mere zindgi se) Yeah Yeah! We will.. But I will promise you, I will not make you miss anyone. You will have so much fun.
Priya: Aww... Thank you Ram. You are so sweet!
Ram and Priya are finally all by themselves and go to the monorail. They have fun and enjoy the scenery.
Priya keeps looking out of the window and Ram at Priya.
Ram: Priya, tum aaj bohot alag lag raho ho. Aur bohot khoobsoorat bhi.
Priya was moved by his compliment.
Priya: Thanks Ram!
Ram: Ek baat boloon! Tum na, aise saarees pehna karo. Suits se jzyada, sarees mein aur achchi lagti ho. Aur woh bhi pink and green sarees. And now, adding to the list, black too.
Priya: I will try to. Actually, mujhe saree pehenna bohot mushkil kaam lagta hai aur sach baat kahoon toh usse carry karna bhi mushkil lagta hai. Agar mein kissi kapde mein comfortable hoon toh woh hai jeans aur kurta. Saare kaam kitne aasani se karti thi woh pehenkar. Lekin, suits aur sarees ki ab kuch kuch aadat padne laga hai. So that's fine.
Ram: Agar tum chaho toh abhi bhi jeans aur kurti pehen sakti ho. Mujhe koi problem nahi hai.
Priya: Sach? Lekin maa keh rahi thi ki aap ko achcha nahi lagega aur kapoor khandan ko shoba nahi deta.
Ram: Priya, frankly speaking, your mom is always out of her mind. So, don't take her words seriously.
Priya: My mom is not out of her mind. Okay.. Par haan, kabhi kabhi kuch bhi bolti rehti hai.
Ram: Ab deko, Choti ki shaadi hui hai, woh toh bilkul waisi hi hai jaise shaadi se pehle rehti thi. Tum bhi waise hi reh sakti ho Priya. Agar tum kissi cheez se khush ko toh mein bhi ussi cheez se khush hoon.
Priya: Aap bohot achche hai Ram.
Ram: Arey waah! Happy Realization Mrs. Kapoor. You are such a genius. Ab realize kiya aap ne?
Priya: Taang keech na band keejiye. Aap ke manners kahan gayye? Compliment ke liye thanks kehte hain, taane nahi maarte.
Ram: Manners gayye tel lene!
